Return Policy

Please Note: all Furniture, Table Top items, Wall Art items, Textiles (including, but not limited to, Rugs, Throws, Pillows, Blankets, Towels, etc.) and other certain manufactured items are NOT eligible for return or exchange after shipment because they are considered Custom Orders.  If you have placed an order that you would like to cancel, please notify us immediately (no longer than 24 hours after your order was placed), so that we may attempt to cancel your order prior to shipment.  After 24 hours, Custom Orders are non-refundable.

If your item is not a Custom Order as described above, and you would like to exchange or return an item that you have received in the last 5 BUSINESS DAYS, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at help@storehouseno9.com along with the following:

1. A valid reason for your return

2. Photos of any damage

3. Photos of inaccurate items

4. Photos displaying any item quality issues

After submitting your return request, we will review the information and reply via email with an RA number and instructions for returning the item. We may call you to discuss the return and ask for further information. If issued, This Return Authorization (RA) number is valid for 15 days only, and your item must be shipped at your expense to the address we provide. Please do not return items to our Franklin, TN address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers.  For returns on all eligible items that are not defective, we are required to charge a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions on whether or not the item you are interested in is a returnable item.

Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted and must be picked up at your expense. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be in perfect condition, and free of dirt and debris. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it can not be resold, you will be asked to have the product picked up at your expense. If not picked up within 15 days of our inspection, your item will be 'destroyed in field' or given to charity. Your return shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on several of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price less the actual shipping cost, in addition to the 25% restocking fee. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also offers free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be added to your order, to cover our costs.
