Order Confirmation Agreement
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE BALANCE OF YOUR SALES ORDER AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If within 24 hours, you want to change your order, we will attempt to change your order. If the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, please refer to our Return Policy for obtaining a Return Authorization. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, please review the changes for accuracy and contact us again for any further changes.

Special Situations and Disclaimers
1. FURNITURE SALES ARE FINAL - Custom orders include, but are not limited to, any and all furniture items, Wall Art,Textiles. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify. You have up to 24 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 24 hours custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 5 business days. Claims made after the 5 business days will not be accepted and are not qualified to be returned. If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Storehouse no.9 reserves the right to have the item(s) replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you.
2. GLASS AND MIRROR DAMAGE - While the manufacturers do their best to ensure excellent packaging; occasionally glass and/or mirrors could be damaged in transit. Items received with broken glass are NOT considered defective products. Storehouse no.9 and the manufacturers reserve the right to replace the glass or mirror. In these cases, contact us at email@example.com to request replacement glass.
3. DELAYED PRODUCTION - Storehouse no.9 does everything possible to assure prompt delivery of your items. However, there are circumstances outside of our control that may arise resulting in a delay of production or delivery of your ordered items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we will communicate any updated information that we may be able to acquire about the arrival date of your items. Also note that shipping time for freight items is approximately 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer.
4. COLOR VARIANCES - Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. These variances will NOT be considered a valid reason for return.
5. NATURAL PRODUCTS - All items made from natural products such as, but not limited to, limestone, marble, alabaster and granite will have natural variations and no two items will be alike. These variations should be expected and are NOT accepted as defects or valid reasons for return.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving your return or request to cancel your unshipped merchandise. Please understand that it takes several days for us inspect returned goods. After inspection, your refund request will be submitted to our credit department for processing. If accepted, a credit will be given and it may require several business days for a credit to post through the credit card processor and issuing bank. All returns and exchanges will be credited less 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. If an item was free shipping, the original shipping costs incurred by Storehouse no.9 will be deducted. Storehouse no.9 reserves the right to charge restocking fees on any and all returned or exchanged items. Wrong Products Received
If you believe you have received a different product than you ordered, please Email Us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RA number and issue a call tag to have your items picked up for replacement.
Cancellations or Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Some orders may ship the same business day, so please contact us as soon as possible. Requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have already been shipped.
If an item is received by you and is thought to be defective please contact us immediately. Photo proof will be required to verify and if deemed defective by Storehouse no.9 and the manufacturer, you will receive a replacement of the same item. Storehouse no.9 will have the defective product picked up at no cost to you (the item must be in its original packaging). DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENT ONLY. Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Any defect must be reported to the customer service department within 24 hours of receipt of your items. Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the item(s) is used or installed. Claims will not be honored after 24 hours.
A truck line or freight company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if your items are oversized and considered as freight. You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at your shipping address during the time of delivery coordinated by the freight company. If you would like to contact the freight company yourself to schedule your appointment ahead of time, please contact our customer service department.
Damage During Shipment
If you receive a shipment with obvious freight damage, you must refuse the shipment at time of delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims directly with the carrier. Please make sure that you inspect all packages and items before you sign for them as received.
If you receive a shipment with items that have concealed damage, you must report the damage within 24 hours to our customer service department. If you fail to report the damage in a timely manner you could be responsible for all damages. Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Any defects must be reported to the customer service department within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the items are used or installed. Claims will not be honored after 24 hours.
Shipping from the Manufacturer
Storehouse no.9 has agreements with most manufacturers to ship your order directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse to your shipping address. Some items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not arrive together in the same shipment, or at the same time, as other items in your order.
Shipping Time Frames and Storage Rates
Orders sent via common carriers average 3 to 7 business days after they are shipped. Orders sent via White Glove Carrier average 3-15 business days depending on your location after shipping date.
Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 3-15 business days depending on your location after shipping date.
For freight and white glove carriers, once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, delivery must be scheduled within 5 business days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within five business days, please contact us to make special arrangements otherwise, daily Storage Rates will apply for a maximum of 30 days. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, the order will be deemed unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of Storehouse no.9. Please contact us regarding Daily Storage Rates.
Most items are delivered to you at no shipping cost. If you request a special shipping arrangement, such as white-glove installation service, Storehouse no.9 will notify you of the additional shipping charges that may apply to your specific request. These special shipping charges will be due in full prior to your order being placed with the manufacturer.
No Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Storehouse no.9 does not currently ship outside the continental United States.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on the carrier’s website.
If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).
Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
Sometimes an item on our website may actually be Out-Of-Stock or Sold Out. Since we are not always made aware of out-of-stock or sold-out items by our partners, we will notify you if your order includes an item that needs to be replaced by another item, or canceled from your order.
Occasionally some items are temporarily unavailable but we can backorder the item from the manufacturer. We will notify you of any abnormally long wait times (more than 4 weeks), and give you the option of choosing another replacement item, or cancelling your order for a refund. Storehouse no.9 will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Storehouse no.9 will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to delays in product availability, scheduling of electricians, contractors, or any other professional installation fee or service fee incurred by you.
Storehouse no.9 is registered in the State of Tennessee and is required to collecting state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state at the appropriate county rate. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped to locations within the state of Tennessee, USA.

Storehouse no.9 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site. All products are only covered by the manufacturer warranties and the terms of those warranties may vary significantly from product to product. Please read and retain copies of any important warranty information included with your product shipment. Storehouse no.9 will not engage in the performance or management of any manufacturers warranties.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. You and we irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts of Ontario with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of Storehouse no.9. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms of Service and is hereby expressly excluded.
You may not assign these Terms of Service or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written approval and any such attempted assignment shall be void. We reserve the right to freely assign these Terms of Service and the rights and obligations hereunder, to any third party without notice or consent. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms of Service shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Waiver and Entire Agreement
Storehouse no.9 failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service, and any other policies or operating rules incorporated into these Terms of Service or posted by us in respect to Storehouse no.9 constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of Storehouse no.9, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this agereement).
These Terms of Service are not intended and shall not be construed to create any rights or remedies in any parties other than you and Storehouse no.9, and no other person will have the ability to assert any rights as a third party beneficiary under these Terms of Service.
